Terms & Conditions
  1. Eligibility & Documents: The renter must be 18 years or older and provide a valid Maldivian ID or passport, and a valid driving license as required by Maldivian law. Uploaded documents must be clear and valid.
  2. Rental Period: The rental period starts at the agreed pickup date and time and ends at the agreed return date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges.
  3. Bike Condition & Responsibility: The bike is handed over in good working condition. The renter is fully responsible for the bike during the rental period and must return it in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear. Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged to the renter.
  4. Usage Rules: The bike must be used only for legal purposes. It must not be sub-rented or used by anyone other than the renter. Reckless driving, racing, or misuse is strictly prohibited. The renter must not permit the bike to be used by any person who does not hold a valid driving license or who is under 18 years of age.
  5. Traffic Laws & Fines: The renter agrees to follow all Maldivian traffic laws and local island regulations. Any fines, penalties, or legal violations during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
  6. Accidents & Liability: The rental company is not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to persons or property during the rental period. The renter accepts full responsibility.
  7. Breakdown: In case of mechanical issues, the renter must inform the rental company immediately. Unauthorized repairs are not allowed.
  8. Cancellations: Cancellations and refunds, if applicable, are subject to the rental company’s policy.
  9. Declaration & Agreement: By checking “I agree” and submitting this form, the renter confirms that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete; all uploaded documents are genuine and valid; and the renter has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
After submitting, you’ll receive a booking ID to check the status anytime.
